How to record and submit your video?

- Please ensure that you are dancing to music provided by us below.

- Video should be in landscape mode. Duration of videos should be between 60-90 seconds.

- Whole body should be visible in the video. Brief obstruction is allowed.

- Panning and zooming is allowed. No editing allowed under any circumstances. This includes speeding up, slowing down the videos and inserting soundtracks.

- We recommend you start dancing within the first 10-15 seconds from the start of your video.

- Just like in-person competition, judges can only score what they see. As results, we encourage you to double check the quality of your videos. If videos are blurry or judges cannot see most of your movements, they cannot score you properly.

- Once you finish recording, you can use the form provided below to submit your videos.

- You can also double check your submission if you are uncertained about your submission.
